Refund Policy
Our 30-day return policy provides that after receipt of an item you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will provide you with a shipping label for the return as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and find a solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (for example special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (for example beauty items).
In addition, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day withdrawal period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not.
If approved, you will receive the refund automatically within 10 business days via your original method of payment. It may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
